Fact: Went to a potential client meeting who was manufacturing hip and new aged apparel, dressed in suite and tie. When I met the client in the lobby he shook my hand and said, "thank you for making the drive but we don't think you understand our company". Was shocked to blow the meeting so fast. So I had to ask why. He said look around this is an active company and you're here looking like a banker. I said thanks for sharing and this became a life long business lesson, know your client and adapt to them. 1 year later, I got them as a client.

Fact:  Growing up I wanted to be a veterinarian then life lead me into the staffing and recruiting industry at 18 and I never would have guessed at how fulfilling the industry could be. I love all things geeky including the study of history, playing board games and even 5+ year addiction to the World of Warcraft. Lastly, I've spent my spare time as an assistant coach with a high school football team and it's been an absolute joy!
