In this interactive session, attorneys  will plead their cases to you—the audience. They will present facts and arguments from some of the most important staffing litigation from the past year and letyou decide the outcome. Between the wildfires and COVID 19, the last thing you want is a rah rah talk.  This capstone is not a traditional closing keynote. Known for using facilitation to drive learning rather than being a talking move you and your team. Most conferences end with announcements. We end with action plans head, Mike will help attendees identify action steps that engage their teams to catapult performance. Using the information discussed in the conference, you’ll go through an interactive process that creates clarity and focus, which produces buy-in and commitment to move you and your team. Susan Steward is a partner in the Cerritos office of Atkinson, Andelson, Loya, Ruud & Romo.  Susan has extensive experience advising and representing regional and national staffing agencies in all aspects of employment law and will discuss pratfalls and pitfalls to avoid with emphasis on California employment law.
