Conference Policies

● Registration Cutoff Date: All Attendees must register online whether they pay by check or with credit card by Friday, November 1st, 2024. By registering, you understand that you will be held financially accountable for the number of registrants you are registering if you do not properly cancel your registration as noted in the confirmation email and per the CSP cancellation policy below.

● Payment Due Date: All payments must be received by no later than Friday, November 1st, 2024, at 5:00 PM PT. Any registrants with unpaid balances will not be allowed access to the conference and will need to see onsite registration.

● Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be received in writing to admin@cspnet.org by Friday, October 18th, 2024, and are subject to a $35 cancellation fee. After the cancellation date, no refunds will be provided, however, substitutions will be accepted per the substitution policy.

● Substitution Policy: Substitutions must be made in writing and emailed to admin@cspnet.org, a $35 administrative fee will be applied per substitution and must be received before Friday, November 1st, 2024. Any substitutions after Friday, November 1st, 2024, must be made two days before the event, plus a $50 substitution fee.

● Exhibitor Certificate of Insurance (COI): Exhibitor agrees to obtain and maintain during the se of the exhibition premises, Comprehensive General Liability Insurance, including contractual liability covering the Exhibitor's indemnity obligation clause. Such insurance shall be in the amount of no less than $1,000,000 combined single limit for personal injury and property damage. The Hotel Parties and Group shall be names as additional insured on such policy - Sonoma Lessee LLC (Owner) d/b/a DoubleTree by Hilton Sonoma - Wine Country (Hotel), and the Exhibitor shall supply the Hotel with a Certificate of Insurance at least 30 days prior to the use of the exhibition premises. The Exhibitor understands that neither the Group nor the Hotel Parties maintain insurance covering the Exhibitor's property and it is the sole responsibility of the Exhibitor to obtain such insurance. 

CSP Events Disclaimer: During the Owners Only Retreat attendees/speakers may be photographed and/or recorded by the CSP organization and/or its vendors. By presenting, I hereby authorize and grant the California Association of Staffing Professionals (CSP), the right to:

1. Record all participants via screenshots, film, and/or video, for audio and visual production. Edit the recording into a photo gallery/short film/webinar (which may include other recordings and material).
   
   
2. Use the name and likeness, voice, or other information concerning all participants; and screen or place the recording/materials online, including social media

These photos, videos, and recordings may be used for the promotion of CSP and/or its vendors. By registering for the CSP Conference, attendees understand that sponsors may contact them via email.
