Conference Policies

Registration Cutoff Date: All Attendees must register online whether they pay by check or with credit card by Friday, May 24, 2024. By registering, you understand that you will be held financially accountable for the number of registrants you are registering if you do not properly cancel your registration as noted in the confirmation email and per the CSP cancellation policy below.

● Payment Due Date: All payments must be received by no later than Friday, May 31, 2024, at 5:00 PM PT. Any registrants with unpaid balances will not be allowed access to the conference and will need to see onsite registration.

● Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be received in writing to admin@cspnet.org by Friday, May 31, 2024, and are subject to a $35 cancellation fee. After the cancellation date, no refunds will be provided, however, substitutions will be accepted per the substitution policy.

● Substitution Policy: Substitutions need to be made in writing and emailed to admin@cspnet.org, a $35 administrative fee will be applied per substitution and must be received before Friday, May 31, 2024. Any substitutions after Friday, May 31, 2024, must be made two days before the conference, plus a $50 substitution fee.

● Exhibitors: In order to register and exhibit at the CSP Annual Conference, exhibitor companies must be CSP Industry Partners. Click here to learn more about membership and how to sign up! 

● Suitcasing Policy: As defined by the International Association of Exhibitions & Events, suitcasing is a practice on the part of any attendee who is observed to be soliciting business while at the conference and/or in another company’s booth. All materials must be distributed from the booth and no other public areas of the conference. Any person violating or suspected of violating this policy may be removed from the conference, prohibited from attending the remainder of the event and prohibited from attending future CSP conferences at the sole discretion of CSP staff.
