Will Matthews, President - Matthews Performance Group, Inc.

Will Matthews is a National Keynote Speaker, Board Certified Leadership Coach, author of the bestselling book, You've Got This! The 5 Self-Coaching Keys You Need to Live Boldly and Accomplish Anything, 5-time Ironman competitor, and 2023 Colorado State Champion in the Olympic Distance Triathlon in his age group. Will is a researcher and trainer on the topic of Human Potential and Performance in Business, serving companies and associations in several industries with a strong following in the Staffing and Recruiting business.

Upon completion, participants will be able to lead and sell with more confidence and effectiveness than ever before. They will gain new skills that convert self-doubt into self-confidence and will allow them to sidestep the negative self-talk that has stood between them and their ability to win more business and increase income. Susan Steward, Legal Counsel and Partner of Atkinson, Andelson, Loya, Ruud & Romo

Susan Steward is a partner in the Cerritos office of Atkinson, Andelson, Loya, Ruud & Romo. She counsels and represents public and private sector employers in all employment-related matters, including defending against claims of discrimination, harassment, retaliation and wrongful termination. Ms. Steward also defends employers in class action lawsuits, particularly class actions involving claims for unpaid overtime and meal and rest periods. She represents for-profit and nonprofit companies, governmental agencies. In addition, Ms. Steward has extensive experience advising and representing regional and national staffing agencies in all aspects of employment law.

 

Mike Robson, CSP Lobbyist, Edelstein, Gilbert, Robson & Smith LLC

Mike Robson has worked in California politics for over 30 years. He joined the firm in 2001 after working in the California State Legislature for Dede Alpert during her service in both houses of the State Legislature. Mike worked his way up from legislative aide in the Assembly to Staff Director/Chief of Staff when Senator Alpert presided over the Senate Committee on Appropriations. These experiences have given him an insider's knowledge of State Capital operations and procedures.

Ashley Anderson

 

Across the talent industry that combines the very best of learning, support, and relationship building. In her role, Ashley oversees the end to end experience of all ClearEdge Rising members, ensuring that it's one that fuels growth and helps to facilitate the building of meaningful relationships.

In her years working as a leadership and executive coach in the non-profit, government, and corporate sectors, Ashley has helped leaders to maximize their positive impact by way of better understanding themselves, their relationships with others, and the way they exist within larger systems. 

It didn't take long after entering the workforce for Ashley to recognize the disparities that women regularly face in their experiences, in leadership positions in particular. As a woman leader herself, she is committed to maintaining a focus on closing the gender gap in leadership in the industry with the work that she and her team do through ClearEdge Rising.

Ashley holds a Masters degree in Social Work and Bachelors Degrees in Psychology and English. She holds coaching and facilitation certificates from the International Coaching Federation (PCC designation), the Co-Active Training Institute, CRR Global (Certified Organization and Relationship Systems Coach), Brené Brown Education and Research Group (Dare to Lead Facilitator), and Wiley (5 Dysfunctions of a Team and DiSC).
