Steps to add your staff profiles, linked to your member organization.

Each member company has a minimum of two profiles.

  1. Organization Profile
  2. CSP Member Individual Profile

Login with your Organization login

               Organization User Name:If you don't know it, use the email link at the bottom to ask for it.

                Temporary Password: Password1

Click on the My Profile tab (top blue bar)

Click on Welcome, your company name (top grey bar)

Click Account and Settings

Click the Information & Setting tab (left sidebar)

Click Branch and Employees (top white bar)

 

This Branch and Employees section gives you 3 options to add your staff profiles

Top section: Signs you out and you would be adding each profile individually – data entry

Middle Section:  Easier for you – copy the link and email it to your employees.  When they click on the link, they will be doing their own data entry as they set-up their profiles.

Bottom Section:  Enter the email addresses of those you wish to add.  Similar to the middle in that when they click on the link, they will be doing their own data entry as they set-up their profiles.

 

Note: To delete or suspend any staff profiles, follow those same steps above to get to the Branch and Employees section and scroll to the list at the bottom of the page.
