● Registration Cutoff Date:  All Attendees must register online whether they pay by check or with credit card by Friday, January 10. By registering, you understand that you will be held financially accountable for the number of registrants you are registering if you do not properly cancel your registration as noted in the confirmation email and per the CSP cancellation policy below.

● Payment Due Date: All payments must be received by no later than Friday, January 10. Any registrants with unpaid balances will not be allowed access to the event and will need to see onsite registration.

● Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be received in writing to admin@cspnet.org by Friday, January 10 and are subject to a $35 cancellation fee. After the cancellation date, no refunds will be provided, however, substitutions will be accepted per the substitution policy.

● Substitution Policy: Substitutions must be made in writing and emailed to admin@cspnet.org, a $35 administrative fee will be applied per substitution and must be received before Friday, January 17. Any substitutions after Friday, January 17, must be made onsite along with an additional $50 substitution fee.
